Cancellation Policy

Service Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled any time up to 48 hours prior to the service appointment without penalty.

Service Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 48 hour cutoff but prior to the date of scheduled service are subject to a “Late Cancellation Fee” of 50% of the quoted service fee. Service Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day of the Service Appointment are subject to a “No-Show Cancellation Fee” of 100% of the quoted service fee.
